Pharmacy First allows you to receive treatment from your local pharmacist for common conditions without having to book a GP appointment. Our pharmacist can provide NHS treatments for earache, impetigo, infected insect bites, shingles, sinusitis, sore throat, and urinary tract infections in women.
Our shop is open Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. The dispensary operates from 10:00am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Please note that no pharmacy medicines can be sold or prescriptions dispensed when the dispensary is closed.
Yes! Through our partnership with Pharmadoctor, we offer a comprehensive travel health clinic including risk assessments and a wide range of travel vaccines such as Hepatitis A & B, Typhoid, Yellow Fever, Rabies, Japanese Encephalitis, and many more. We can also provide malaria prophylaxis tablets and other travel medicines. Book online through Pharmadoctor or call us for details.
Yes, we offer a walk-in NHS Flu vaccination service for eligible patients. This includes those aged 65 and over, patients with certain health conditions, pregnant women, carers, and frontline health and social care workers. You can also book via the national booking service.
