Malaria Prevention

Every year many hundreds of travellers from the UK catch malaria and in tens of cases it proves fatal. Symptoms can develop rapidly, so the correct anti-malarial medication is essential.

We offer a Private Malaria Prevention Service. After a confidential assessment by our trained Pharmacist, the correct anti-malarial medication is supplied and appropriate advice given to help keep you safe during your travels.

Plan ahead: Some travel vaccines require multiple doses over several weeks. We recommend booking your travel health consultation at least 6–8 weeks before your departure date.

How to Book

You can book your travel health consultation online through Pharmadoctor or by calling the pharmacy directly on 01326 270296. The pharmacy will confirm your booking or discuss an alternative date or time.
